Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Applies to all physical products shipped within Australia.
1. What We Ship
Our shipping policy applies to physical products only β sensory toys, weighted items, fidget tools, and print-on-demand merchandise. Digital downloads are delivered instantly by email β no shipping required. See Section 6 for digital delivery details.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday β Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). Most orders are processed within 1β2 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, school holidays) processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or during peak periods β these are outside our control.
4. Carriers
We primarily ship via Australia Post. For larger or bulkier orders we may use a third-party courier. All standard and express orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.
5. Delivery Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post Standard service.
6. Digital Downloads β Instant Delivery
Digital products (PDF colouring books, activity packs, parent guides) are delivered instantly to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within 30 minutes. If you experience issues, contact us at support@sensoryhive.com.au and we'll resend promptly.
7. Print-on-Demand Products
Print-on-demand items (apparel, mugs, printed books) are produced to order and dispatched by our production partner. These items have a slightly longer processing time of 3β5 business days before shipping, with delivery estimates of 5β12 business days from order date depending on location.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia. International shipping is not currently available for physical products. Digital downloads can be purchased and delivered worldwide.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order directly on the Australia Post website or your carrier's tracking page.
10. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@sensoryhive.com.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
