3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Products & Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe all products, including images, dimensions, materials, and suitability. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Digital products are described in terms of page count and file format and are delivered as described.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any product or service without notice.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if pricing errors occur, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

7. Shipping

Physical orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post or a comparable carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. 8. Digital Downloads

Digital products (PDF colouring books, activity packs, guides) are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant or within 30 minutes. By purchasing a digital product you agree that the licence is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reproduce any digital content purchased from Sensory Hive.

9. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any consumer guarantees, warranties, or rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
